No, you can not do what you are asking in the exact way that you want. You can not have 1 single installation that is connected to both CQG and IB at the same time. Sierra Chart is not setup to do this. What you would need to do is to have 2 installations of Sierra Chart on the same computer and have one connected to CQG and the other connected to IB.
