There is not a way to do what you are asking for from the Trade Window. You would need to specify the price prior to putting in the order. The options on the Set tab are for Stop-Limit type orders, but again, you still need to specify the price and then the offset is applied. What you can do is specify a Keyboard Shortcut to do what you want.
