Hey Sierra Charts, Thank you for your help in advance. I'm having an issue pop up that I believe was resolved about a month ago. This is related to my previous tickets that I submitted. My account is associated with ONTOTRADE and I believe that ONTOTRADE has a package with Sierra Charts. That package includes a data feed, which is the Denali Data feed. The Denali Data feed has been working perfectly for a month and suddenly stopped working for me. In fact, I can only see data going back to March of this year (please see attached). Furthermore, when I open my charts, I also get a message that says something like "You have no exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service." Is this something that I will have to have ONTOTRADE speak with Sierra Charts about? Looking forward to hearing back from you! Thank you so much, Noah |
