First. make sure your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. You need to have this, since you do not have a trading account to connect to.

Second, on that same window as above, select the tab for Common Settings and ensure that the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes.

And finally, open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Since you are changing your service above, you need to update your symbols to the current service you have selected.

Let us know if you have any issue after that. You should be getting the 10 minutes delayed data from the CME Group.
