Good morning. I just learned of the new MBO functionality and upgraded my Service Package to 12 today to get this feature. I followed the instructions per: Market By Order Data to setup. And then disconnected and reconnected to the data feed. But I am not seeing any of the orders on the ES (for which I am almost certain there must be orders > 10 even at 7:39 am). Could you please let me know what else needs to be done? I DID get confirmation of the upgrade to the new service level, so it does appear the change took in my system. Thank you! Matt |
