1. When you receive that kind of message, it means that CQG is telling you that you are not authorized to get that data. Keep in mind that you are wanting data from the LIFFE (London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange) for the symbol you are showing. Make sure you have that exchange activated and not the actual FTSE itself. 2. You may be better off not using the Lock Fill Space at all. That will give you the smallest space on the right. But otherwise, just make sure you have the spacing set as you want when you do the Lock Fill Space. And keep in mind that it will change as you change bar spacing. Refer to the information here: Working With Charts: Right Side Fill Space 3. You should really just use the stock data from us that is from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This way it will integrate with CQG without any issues. 4. Then just setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the U.S. Equities exchange when you get to that step.
