You need to be able to make a good connection to verify your account. The fact that you got an error that the Username or Password is incorrect means you did not connect to your CQG account through AMP. Therefore, you did not verify your account and you are still getting delayed data.

You need to change to CQG and get a good connection. Make sure you have the right Username/Password entered when you make that connection.
