First, we really do not recommend just paying for the Professional exchange fees. You can find a broker that can setup an account for a few hundred dollars and although you will not have access to those funds, it is still better than paying way more than that for the Professional fees. Otherwise, if you just want to do the professional fees, then that is up to you.
