What is the question for us? We do not know what trading you have done. We have no control over the back end trading system, in this case CQG. This is just not something we can get involved with. You have a very detailed Trade Activity Log on your side that you can analyze. Refer to: Trade Activity Log Analysis It even includes, when simulation mode has been enabled and disabled.
