Your chart looks to be set to CST/CDT timezone, so there will be no trade between 1600-1700 - https://www.cmegroup.com/trading/equity-index/us-index/e-mini-sandp500_contract_specifications.html As it is now, you are missing the first hour of trade from your chart not the last hour. Make sure the times are correct for the chart timezone, or change the chart timezone - Time Zone Setting
