When you reinstalled, did you re-create the charts? pre-warned everyone that this could happen. We would have to see where this was said. It is highly unlikely this was said and it must be out of context. There could be a change with a study or with some particular feature like ACSIL and if there is some affect with existing usage of the feature, we would make this known in the What's New page and specifically what needs to be done. A general statement like this is just not correct at all.No matter what the case of the letters in the symbol are, the historical data requests to CTS T4 do work, this was confirmed. However, the real-time data request to the T4 system does not work. This was also confirmed. This is why you see what you do. We have also now confirmed, that the case of the symbol will not be changed by Sierra Chart. If you look in the Message Log above, you will see different cases for the symbol. Another possibility is that the uppercase character existed on a Quote Board, Quote Spreadsheet, or in the Global Settings >> Intraday File Update List. A reinstall definitely was not necessary. If you continue to have a problem what we would have done was ask for your Chartbooks that you are using and checked them all.
