However, we did think that we had some notice indicating the that board is not answered by Sierra Chart support but we can see that is not the case other than the title of the board implying that and the prompt also restating the name of the board. There is a sticky post at the top that does say this but we can understand how if it is not read. However, we just have too much experience, that adding a clear notice even as a pop-up will not help.
