We are working on a better method to verify your account with AMP. But until then, what you are doing is what you need to do. When you switch your service to CQG just for the short time, you do not need to change your symbols. And if you do change them, but accident, when you change back to using the SC Data - All Services you should change your symbols back. To ensure you have the right symbols for the service you have, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
