The reason you are getting Delayed data is because you are signed up for the non-professional CME Exchange, but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to validate your account to qualify for the non-professional fees.

It looks like you are with AMP, therefore, you should have received a set of CQG credentials when they moved you from the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service to CQG for your order routing. If you are not aware of this change, then you need to ask AMP about this.

Once you have your CQG information, then follow these instructions to connect to your CQG account:

Once you complete the above, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will convert your symbols to CQG symbols.

After that you will be getting the real-time data again and you will be able to make trades through your AMP account.
