Is it possible to have one service package that I can use and switch between AMP Futures and Interactive Brokers based on my order routing needs?
Absolutely. You should not be paying more than you need to be. Just pick one of your two accounts that you want to continue to use. You would want to use the one that is setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, if only one has it, or if one account uses 3rd party studies. Then you probably already have 2 installations of Sierra Chart, which is what you want. One for AMP and one for Interactive Brokers. You will just need to login to both installations using the same account. All the local information will stay the same, so it will not be a problem. If you do not already have two installations, then refer to the following: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time As long as both installations are on the same computer, then you also do not need to worry about the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If they are on separate computers, then you would have to pay for an additional exchange fee. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections Once you have everything setup, then start an Account Support Ticket and let us know the account that you are no longer using and that you want that account shut down and any Usage Time/Funds available should be moved to the account that you are using. You can access the Account Support Tickets here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SupportTickets For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
