Close all of the charts you have for XBTUSD (this is not the exact symbol. We are not sure the exact symbol you are using.). And then re-download the data for that symbol following these instructions: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
We are compressing the data on the server for BitMex symbols assuming you are using a BitMex symbol, but this will still take us another 2 to 3 hours. That will reduce the amount of data transferred. So you may want to wait until we finish and do this after.
