The fact that your Service is set to SC Data - All Services means that you are not connected to your trading account. Since you are with AMP, they should have you setup to use CQG for your order routing. If you do not have your CQG information, then you will need to get with AMP to get it.

Once you have the CQG information, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

After you do the above, then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to CQG symbols.

You will also start getting the Real-Time data after you get the above completed.
