I hadn't used Sierra for 6 or 7 months and a few days ago I reinstalled the new version and have been having problems with intraday data. I use Gain OEC and am aware of the 5 contract limitation they impose. I spoke with my broker and Gain does have me up to 30 contracts available. I have 6 currency chartbooks available and most of them range from April 14th to April 19th as to the earliest intraday data. I do have historical data available on all of them which works as it should. I also have one more chartbook in which I have grains, meats, indices, etc and they all work with historical and only a few days each of intraday. Gain assures me that there are no problems on their end. I have read all of the self help info, including some that I have written in the past but I'm at an impasse. Any ideas where to start?
