You are on Package 5 and you did purchase Package 5 for 6 months. The reference to Package 12 is because somewhere a few days ago, you selected the option to "Evaluate Advanced Package". This is a link on the Control Panel next to your Current Service Package. You obviously didn't even realize that you selected it. When you did, then you were put into the evaluation for the "Advanced Package", which in your case would be Package 12 for one month. There is no charge for this, it is something that is available. We have gone ahead and turned off your evaluation of Package 12. So you should not see that anymore.
