I just want to clarify, which package is your system telling you that I have, just to avoid any future surprise or if I should not worry about it. When I opened the platform a message saying I have 25 days as a trial for package 12 appeared, I did not request a trial as I know that you do not provide more than 1 trial, so I did not even try to get it, second of all, I paid upfront for 6 months as is supposed to be for the package 5, this was recent, this month April, which includes features like DOM, volume profile, footprint. This was after your notice that you were not given a discount through AMP anymore, in the control panel, it says "Evaluating Package 12 until 2021-05-12" and that I have package 5 and pay for it for 6 months. So I just want to make sure, that you are not going to change me to package 12. If you gave me the option to pay for package 5, that is the one I wanted as that is the one that works for me and carefully chosen, I do not want package 12 or that you try to charge me more for that or a renewal notice before that. |
