Hello Support Error message when loading ESTX502 via dataservice of TWS. All contracts from EUREX are loaded correctly only ESTX50 has "description ambiguos; you must specify currency". I have solved the problem with IB. We have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the TWS. All data including ESTX50 are correct. Sierra Chart can not read the contract is not IB but Sierra Chart. Until 14.04.2021 everything was always good. Please send me a useful instruction how to solve the problem. Will it help if I uninstall Sierra Chart and reinstall it? Are all settings deleted when uninstalling? Please don't send me a link to get into the support board, I've already searched there and as you can see I haven't found any help.
