System has been running straight for a month with 1 SC CPU lock issue after a kernel update to 5.8.0-49. Rebooted after the lock and all was well. The kernel was updated again shortly after to 5.8.0.50 and have not had any CPU lock issues. Possibly we will see Wayland in the next major release of Mint... will be interesting! Also, patiently waiting for the Rithmic update so the DTC Bridge server would not be needed any longer. Configuration: SierraChart Version 2247 64 bit (2 instances) wine-6.6 Development Mint Linux 20.1/Cinnamon desktop Kernel 5.8.0-50 generic OpenGL X11lib: 1.7.0 AMD Ryzen 7 3800X GeForce GTX 1660 Nvidia video card driver 460.67 Dual Monitors Updated 4/16/21. PS: All still WAY better than Windows... Lockups and slow downs more times that I can remember in the last month on Windows. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-04-16 17:06:52
