Hi I purchased sirrea chart in october 2020. When I did there were limited systems on your platform. The system I purchased was system 5 and that included a years service as well as denali data feed. This system is meant to expire on 2021-12-05. My isssue is that now that you have updated your services to have these MBO's and new pricing plan, it is stating that I no longer have access to the denali data feed which I paid for in october. I only noticed recently as when I tried to load the DOM onto the chart, all I am getting is '1's rather than the real depth (shown in the attachment). I don't think it is fair that I should have to now pay again to use your updated service to get access to denali data feed. Mainly because the service I paid for expires in 2021 october and it is meant to include the denali data feed.
