Hello, I'm getting an error message when opening a Chart regarding historical data. Only the realtime data is displayed. I have read through the Topics regarding the Denali Data feed and also a Thread that seemed to cover my Problems: CQG Data Issue error message attached I have contacted my Broker WHS and asked if the issue can be solved as described in the Thread above. I got the answer that trading without the Services I am paying for (10 Euro CQG and 20 Euro Eurex fee) is not possible. So my question is: Does this mean that my settup with Sierra Chart and CQG is no longer possible unless I am willing to pay the fees (10$ Denali +25$ Eurex to Sierra Chart and 10€ CQG +20€ Eurex to WHS) twice? Is it possible to recieve the hitorical Data from Denali (by paying 10/month) and leave the rest the way it is? Thank you |
