1. This log revealed one problem that we just solved now: HD Request # 9 - Error downloading historical Intraday data for FGBLH4. Historical data file not available for symbol. | 2014-02-26 07:01:07 2. The problem with the loss of heartbeat on the FAST connection has been reported to OEC. This is exactly what they said: Message: It is possible that we skip some pings. Please consider using higher timeout.
It is not possible they are skipping some heartbeats. They are not sending any. We have confirmed that. So they basically do not care to resolve the problem. What do you do? For now open up a ICE contract chart like the Russell 2000 and that will keep the connection active so it does not reconnect. How do we resolve this problem? We have reported the problem to OEC and they do not care about resolving it. So at this point we do not know. If someone responsible at OEC sees this, and wants to take responsibility for the problem, then please resolve it. If you have further questions to us, please ask and we will provide you further details if necessary. 3. There is no reason to go back to a prior version. Just open a chart for the Russell 2000 futures. This will keep the connection alive. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
