We did not understand this: The thing is my charts are already running so there is no need for historical download at the opening.
So you already have Sierra Chart open and the chart is up to date with the data, and then it starts a data download again? Always at the Open of the trading day? It still sounds like a Rithmic issue, where you are losing your connection to Rithmic at that time. There really is not much we can do about this right now. We are getting close to having the new Rithmic connection working, which Rithmic has been working on and we are doing testing with them. Once that is ready, things should work better.
