In general, when you start Sierra Chart and open a Chartbook, it is going to try to download the missing data from the last time it was connected to the data feed. The only way to stop this is to stop all data from loading. There is not much else we can do, as this is related to the old Rithmic connection, and we do not give any technical support for that interface.
