You can not get Sierra Chart from a broker any longer. So you need to get it from us, and then set it up to connect to the appropriate trading service. If you are connecting to TransAct, then you would go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and select TransAct WS in the Current Selected Service field. Then select the A button next to the setting and you will see the fields below show up for Username, Password, and Account Number. Enter that information and then you will be connected to TransAct. If you have been using a different service, then you would want to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to update the symbols to the TransAct symbols.
