Is there an indicator/study that would draw a line for consolidation high and lows to then be able to write an alert for? I appreciate the Daily OHLC study that is somewhat similar, however is there a study that calculates consolidation instead of time? Sometimes consolidation can happen for 5 days or 12 days or whatever... So having a time value/measurement isn't really optimal. The idea would be that once the bar breaks from that consolidation, then you'd have a piece of the recipe for an alert no matter how much time it took to break out. Thanks |
