Just before 11:00 AM my SCs stopped updating with message "historical data symbol not recognized". I then looked at support board and found the message that Denali data had been deleted. I am now dead in the water unable to trade. Last night I was trying to see if I did indeed have two Denali accounts, I got nowhere. I tried to add equities data got to point I filled out PDF authorizing form but then how do I send it in. Don't know ?? And as I said in support last night I want to keep Denali data and Package 11. I even added another $100 to my prepaid balance . Sorry for the confusion I caused . Want to get back to trading Thanks Burnie |
