Hi,

Excuse my incompetence but I'm completely new to Sierra Charts. When I started using it last month I managed to get the Numbers Bars and TPOs running and I was supper happy. I believe I used the delayed data. Then a few days ago I made the critical mistake to try to opt for the real time data and I was rejected (I don't have a funded account and I don't plan to have one).
I want to use Sierra Charts only for market analysis on FXCM forex pairs (just like I was doing it a few days ago).
I don't want to trade nor to get the real time data. I'm paying for service package 10.

Is there a way to get back to the previous state of Sierra Charts where I was able to use Numbers Bars and TPOs on FXCM Forex pairs?

I'm struggling with this problem since 4 days.
