Since the Denali Exchange Data Feed is from us, it is setup to work with any Trading service. Therefore, it is not controlled by the selection of the Service setting. You need to leave your Service to to TransAct WS. The actual control for receiving Sierra Chart data into your Sierra Chart program is controlled by the setting for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to go through the Setup Instructions found here if you want data for CME Group: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* And/Or follow these instructions if you want data for the EUREX: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_EUREX Once you are setup using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then, as long as you are only using Sierra Chart and none of the charts from TransAct (including their DOM), then you can cancel the data from TransAct.
