I have 2 AMP accounts and I'm using them on 2 different computers. Everything has been working fine until you discontinued the Free Ser Pkg 3 with AMP. I paid $125 on March 24th which is to cover the charting fee for 6 months. I was assured by SC support that I can log in to BOTH my accounts like I have been in the past. I keep getting the message that my Services bal is too low to renew on the 2nd account. What needs to be done so that I can trade the 2nd account on Computer 2? I'm paying double exchange fees in order to be able to do this. Thank you |
