When that 1 contract was filled "A" SL moved to breakeven. That shouldn't have happened until all 4 were filled.
This new Chart Trade Settings option will be added to the next release to prevent this condition:
Require Full Fill of Target For Move to Breakeven Attached Order


Otherwise, analyzing what is happening in your particular case is not something we can spend time with. All the functionality must have worked properly, other than what we quoted above and we have added an option for that. Anyway you can analyze all of this through the Trade Activity Log:
