The exchange that you had activated as part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on April 1, 2021 as you did not have any funds in your account to pay for the renewal. To add funds to your account, select Help >> Add Usage Credit from within the Sierra Chart software. This will take you to the Payments page and automatically log you in using the Sierra Chart Account and Password that you use to login to your Sierra Chart software.
