We see that you have setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed and it looks like that setup is all good. The problem you are having is that you have not connected to your funded futures trading account. Since you have an account with AMP, they most likely have you setup with CQG for the order routing. If this is the case, then you need to follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you are not going to remain connected to CQG and only want to connect once a month to authorize the data, then refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees And remember, if you change your Service setting and are going to leave it, then you need to make sure that the symbols are updated to the current service.
