First, we want to make sure that you are just cancelling the DATA from CQG, and not the order routing. You still need to use CQG for your order routing. There is no waiting period to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The only item that may take a few hours is the approval of your Data Feed Agreements. But you can fill those in at any time, so just take care of that as soon as you can. The specific instructions for the agreements can be found here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Sign the Agreements: The CME Group (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions) The main thing you need to be aware of is that with Sierra Chart, you pay the full amount for the exchange fee regardless of when you activate it within the month. So if you activate the exchange on the 10th or the 25th of the month, you pay the full amount for the exchange for just the remaining part of the month. So, if you can, you want to activate the exchanges as close to the beginning of a month as you can. ----------------- You do have us a bit confused by your statement "if I already pay for Denali through SC directly?" The account from which you have posted is not setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you have another account that does already have the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then all you need to do is stop the CQG data, as you would already not be using it and you are just paying for something you are not using.
