It looks like you keep changing services. Make sure your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to CQG. Then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Typically, it is not necessary to change the Service setting. At least until we figure out what is happening with your data, do not change it, leave it set to CQG. Let us know if you have a problem with the data after doing the above. If you do have a problem, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
