Hi, I don't know why this is all so confusing for me, but it is. You made the switch to us paying you. I went ahead and did all that was listed (put money in my account and made sure the data renewal was on). Then April 1st my data didn't work for a few days so I figured I didn't do something right, and when I opened up some message it talked about how the data I was using isn't an option anymore and we may need to switch to CQG (AMP is my broker). I don't have time right now to read through tons of information so I contacted AMP to see what my data options through them were. I didn't realize I had to use data through Sierra Charts. They said I could switch to CQG. I tried to switch to CQG per their instructions (choose cqg and choose CME as well), only to find out that's not really an option. So now I chose to switch to the option on AMP that shows sierra charts +denali_ cqg ordere routing only, and I switched back on my denali and cme through Sierra Charts. Is this correct? If so do I need to use a cqg user name and password anywhere on sierra charts so it works or will it just automatically route through CQG? This has been super frustrating for me so if somebody could just spell it out for me that would be great.
