I have tied to switch from AMP CQG to Denali today. Signed the agreements. Still no data later than 08:13 this morning. I've used Delete download function to no effect. No real-time data all day. My account and funding look current. Switched the Data/Trade service setting to "SC data-All Services", and allow support for Sierra Chart data to "yes". I'm missing something, but figure out what it is. Can you help? i'M OK to let you remote if needed. |
