AMP should have set you up with a CQG account for your order routing. If you do not have this information, then check with AMP. This will be the account you need to connect to at least once a month to verify that you have a funded futures trading account to satisfy the CME Group. Once you have the CQG information, then follow these instructions to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you will not stay connected to CQG, then change your service back to SC Data - All Services in File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service. Otherwise, just leave the service as it is. At the end of all of the above, open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to make sure that you have the proper symbols for the given current service.
