AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service back in February. They should have informed you that they were moving your account to use CQG for order routing instead.

If you have not received any information regarding your CQG account, then you need to talk to AMP about this and get that information.

Once you have the CQG information, then follow these instructions to setup your Sierra Chart to CQG:

Once the setup to CQG is complete, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update your symbols to the CQG symbols.

This is also the reason your data is delayed. You need to connect to your trading account at least once a month in order to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees. It has been more than a month since you connected. Once you finish the CQG setup above, you will start getting the real-time data again.
