You need to follow the Setup Instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart software to your CQG account. This will validate your status as a Non-Professional for the CME Group. CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you do not want to stay connected to that CQG account, then you can change back to another Service option after you have made the connection. Just be sure to not change your Symbols between the changes. Although even if you do, all you need to do is select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service at the very end to ensure that you have the right symbols for your service.
