Hey Sierra Charts!

My account is associated with ONTOTRADE. ONTOTRADE has a package with Sierra Charts (Package 11). So, I should be receiving the data feed provided by Package 11, but I am not. The data feed provided through this package is the Denali Data Feed. However, it's not getting uploaded properly - my current data only goes back about 19 days. When I open my charts through Sierra Charts, it looks like my account is still associated with Package 5, when it should be associated with Package 11. (Please see attached screenshot) I've signed all the Agreements for the Denali Data Feed and they have all been reviewed and accepted.

Is there any way you guys could help me fix this Data issue? ONTOTRADE suggested that I contact you guys for direct support on this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is an issue we have been trying to solve for several weeks now.
