I recently switched to the Denali data feed, and have order routing setup through CQG with AMP as IB. Spoke with AMP and they said everything for order routing is setup correctly. However, when I'm trying to place orders I'm getting an order status: REJECTED - Cannot route the order at this time. AMP told me I needed to contact SC to resolve the issue.
