We cannot reproduce any problem with downloading historical data from Interactive Brokers. We want you to restart Sierra Chart and then follow the procedure below for one of the charts: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
