I am unable to get live data from the market using Sierra, After loging on, I receive error message: Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI Logon unsuccessful. Server message: username or password is incorrect Date-Time 2021-03-31 17:54:12

The top left is red and is Not Connected. It is normally green and says Connected.

I upgraded to package 11 last week via my account panel in Sierra, paid the service and since than, I receive this message. I have not changed my username or password.

Please advise on a resolution
