The problem you are having is related to the CQG data and their lack of historical data. You have to have the data in the chart in order to be able to replay it.

We see that you have selected Package 10, which includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee, but you have not finished the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Using the Denali Exchange Data Feed will resolve your issue, as we have many years of historical 1-tick data available.
