Have surfaced an issue that may give insight into the original problem as posted; right mouse click 'Delete and Download Data'; have captured message logs for both SC versions v.2238 (which works) and v.2245 (which doesn't work); will send message logs via 'Add/Edit Attached Files' if that is OK; if u want Message Logs via another conveyance I will be glad to do so.
