You should NOT have received a new Sierra Chart account. It looks like you have already setup your Sierra Chart software to connect to CQG. So all you need to do is make sure you have enough funds in your Sierra Chart account by selecting "Help >> Add Usage Credit" from within Sierra Chart. This will automatically log you in to the Sierra Chart website using the Account Name and Password with which you have logged into Sierra Chart and take you to the payments page.
